Reducing e-waste together
In collaboration with VZW Maakbaar Leuven, we launched our very own Repair Café this past May. After the success of the first edition, we’re ready to roll up our sleeves again on Thursday, November 7, with the goal of giving broken appliances a second life. At our new workshop in the warehouse on Veldkant 39, Kontich, skilled Cronosieten will be hard at work, whether for themselves, their colleagues, or for charity.
Choose how to participate
1. Book a one-hour time slot and bring your broken appliances. You’ll work alongside a fellow repairer, follow the repair process, and hopefully leave with a fully functioning device.
2. Drop off your broken appliances in the warehouse at Veldkant 39, 2550 Kontich on working days from 9:00 am to 16:00 pm. We will notify you when it is ready for pick-up.
3. Donate a working or repairable appliance. Bring it in before November 7, and we’ll deliver it to Kringwinkel, where it can bring joy to someone else.
4. Reserve 3 hours and get to work as a repairer
Please note that the instruction language is Dutch.
