A balanced combination of information flow on practical aspects of retirement (health, legal and financial aspects) and interactively engage on more social and human aspects will help you gain new insights and perhaps generate creative ideas in a way you never would have imagined.

Every participant will receive the presentations with a lot of relevant weblinks which can serve as reference to consult when needed.

It is a three-day full board programme starting on Monday and ending on Wednesday.

The meetings, with about 16 participants, take place in a relaxed and friendly atmosphere. In this very varied programme, which covers both psychological aspects and practical information, there is always enough room for leisure time in the afternoon.

The coordinator welcomes the participants, and partners who attend, every morning during the seminar at Hotel Van de Valk in Antwerp at 8:45am with breakfast coffee, tea, croissants, and fruit.

The programme starts at 9:00am and ends at 16:00pm every day.

Coffee breaks with sweet and savoury snacks will be available during the morning and afternoon break.

During the joint lunchtime, a rich and varied lunch buffet will be served.

At the end of the day, after the seminar, you will have the opportunity to chat in the pub next to the hotel.

Participants can opt for residential or non-residential attendance.
